You will need:

Sausage meat (up to
you how much you use)
Puff pastry
Mixed herbs
An egg

Roll the
pastry so it is the same
size as an A4 piece of
paper. |

Using the
template, cut along the
lines to marks to work
along. |

In the
middle of the lines you
have cut, place the
sausage meat. You
can add as much or as
little as you like. |

Add the
mixed herbs on top of the
sausage meat. Once again,
add as much or as little
as you like. |

Fold over
the 2 end pieces of the
pastry. Then fold
the side parts in to make
a plait with the
pastry. Make sure
all the sausage meat is
covered by the pastry (as
much as possible). |

Brush with
an egg and place in the
oven (150º) until golden
brown. |
| 7. |
Serve
straight away. |
