Sausage plait

You will need:
Ingredients

Sausage meat (up to you how much you use)

Puff pastry

Mixed herbs

An egg

1. Roll the pastry so it is the same size as an A4 piece of paper.
2. Using the template, cut along the lines to marks to work along.
3. In the middle of the lines you have cut, place the sausage meat.  You can add as much or as little as you like.
4. Add the mixed herbs on top of the sausage meat. Once again, add as much or as little as you like.
5. Fold over the 2 end pieces of the pastry.  Then fold the side parts in to make a plait with the pastry.  Make sure all the sausage meat is covered by the pastry (as much as possible).
6. Brush with an egg and place in the oven (150º) until golden brown.
7. Serve straight away.
