| You will need:
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
pinch of cayenne pepper
8 skinless chicken thighs

Turn the oven onto 200c (about 400f or gas mark
6). |

mix the ingredients together, except the
chicken, and stir them. |

Chop the chicken into slices and rub into the
sauce. Cover all the chicken and leave in the
bowl. Cover with clingfilm and leave for an hour.
Leave to marinade. |

lay the chicken in a single layer on a baking
tray or dish. Using oven gloves put them on the middle
shelf of the oven and cook for 15 minutes. |

Take out of the oven, using oven gloves, and
put somewhere safe. |

Turn over the chicken pieces with tongs and
place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. |
| 7. |
Take out of the oven and check they are cooked
by piercing the bigger pieces of chicken with a skewer.
If the juice that runs out is clear, they are cooked. |
