Weekend Away
Realising our conference is not till March 2010 we have decided we need to organize an event for this year, another weekend away seems the popular answer. Wanting to make our events as accessible to as many members as possible we have decided to move the venue to a different area and also look at somewhere cheaper (we are all feeling the credit crunch). This weekend is designed purely as an opportunity for the families to get together and following the "money saving" theme will not include a children's workshop.

Picnic Day
We are also looking at changing the venue for our picnic day to somewhere around the Luton area. The date is to be 5th July 2009 and further details will be sent nearer the time.
